DANCE REHERSALS: The space is  used for dance rehersals, all types of dance are welcome!            

ACTING: Use the space anytime of the day or night to rehearse your play, lines and more.

CASTING: The perfect casting place for Models/ Actors/ Singers and more.

PARTIES: Use us to host your party; the space is clean and equipt with 40 chairs and tables.

PRIVATE LESSONS: With our affordable rates, many teachers use us for private lessons.

PHOTO/ VIDEO: We have many color backdrops (black, white, grey and pink) we can also  get                              more. Lighting is also available

Rates:
Studio 206 (500 square feet):

• 5 am to 5 pm: $34.00/ hour

• 5 pm to 5 am $39.00/ hour

• 24/7 Photo & Video $49.00/ hour

To rent our space for Photo/ video shoots the we offer a flat fee of $39.00/ hour.
This includes the back drops and extra lighting. call for details

Cancelation Policy:

Please take note of our cancelation policy ; here are the terms and conditions:

 

• 24 Hours or more is required for bookings of 1 - 2hrs

• 72 hours or more is required for bookings of 2.5 – 5.5hrs

• 5 days or more is required for bookings of 6hrs or more in one day

• 10 days cancellation notice is required for 5 - 6 day bookings (6 - 8 hrs per day), or if we have held the space for more than 6 weeks in advance.

• 48 Hours or more is required for all regular clients for whom we hold space for on a regular basis
